We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisan partners, which means slight variations in color, texture, and weaving are part of their natural beauty and uniqueness.
