Every order gets a little Pink House care before heading your way—thoughtfully prepared and beautifully packaged.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, with shipping transit time additional. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customized and personalized pieces may need a little extra time. Any different preparation timelines will be shared before you order.

We currently ship within the United States only.

A Local Hello

Local pickup and gift-wrapping drop-offs are arranged in advance. Once confirmed, we’ll share the location, timing and helpful details.

Wrapping prices and turnaround times are confirmed before booking. For local delivery requests, please contact us to check availability and pricing.

Not Quite Right?

We hope your Pink House find feels right at home. If it isn’t quite the right fit, we accept eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Some things are made especially for you—or are best enjoyed fresh. Customized and personalized pieces, fresh flowers and plants, and edible items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Charm of Handmade

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisan partners. Slight variations in color, texture and weaving are part of their individual charm—little reminders of the hands behind them.

These natural differences are distinct from damage or defects. If you’re unsure about something, send us a note. We’re happy to take a closer look.
